Nature Week Itinerary
This is a list of lesson plans that you can use to have a Nature Week at your school site. For each of the five days, there is a theme - plants, birds, mammals, recycling and a field trip - and a list of activities that you can use to teach your class about them. Day 1: Orientation to Nature & Plants

c. Make a bird feeder:

4. Brainstorm a group project to improve bird habitat in your schoolyard
a. Examples: pick up trash, plant more food and shelter plants, put in a birdbath or
pond, plant a hummingbird garden.
